Parmesan Herb Chicken Thighs, Gluten & Dairy Free
Serves 4- 6 people


Nutritional yeast is a wonderful dairy free replacement for parmesan cheese.

  • 4 ounces of nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 Boneless Skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ cup of vegan butter, melted
  1. Mix the first 7 ingredients in a small bowl
  2. Wash chicken and pat dry
  3. Grease a 9×13 baking dish
  4. Arrange the chicken and sprinkle with salt and peppe
  5. Make sure melted butter is in a separate bowl
  6. Using tongs, dip chicken into butter and then your small bowl of ingredients
  7. Arrange chicken onto a baking sheet
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken coat is golden brown
  9. Enjoy warm with steamed vegetables!
