Shrimp Tacos – Gluten free with Corn or Grain Free Tortillas

Ready in 15 minutes or less
Serves 4-6 people


My favorite grain free tortillas are by Siete! Super Yum!

  • 1 pound of wild caught Shrimp, deveined 

  • 1 Green Pepper, sliced

  • 1 Red Pepper, sliced

  • 1 Whole Sweet Onion, sliced length wise

  • 1 Whole Red Onion, sliced length wise

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1 limed, sliced in quarters length wise
  • 2 tsp-1 tbsp cumin

  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder

  • ½ tsp Seasoning Salt

  • ¼ tsp Smoked Chipotle

  • ½ tsp Black pepper

  • 2 tsp Chili powder

  • ½ tsp Paprika

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Corn or Grain Free tortillas
  1. Preheat oven 450

  2. Place shrimp in bowl, rinse, and pat dry

    *Make sure all water is off of the shrimp*

  3. Chop peppers and onions the long way and place into bowl with the shrimp

  4. Season and Massage Shrimp and vegetables

  5. Arrange evenly onto a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and squeeze whole lime onto the shrimp and vegetables

  6. Place in oven for 8 minutes

  7. After 8 minutes while still the baking sheet, toss shrimp and vegetables with spoon

  8. Cook for another 2 minutes

  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy over warm tortillas!
